This port has a great sporting port's range of services and these, together with the wide offer of restaurants and leisure activities, have made it one of the main centres of social and sporting activities of this village and it usually has a very lively atmosphere. There is a sailing school called Juan Moreno, in honour of a well-loved sailor, which opens in summer, at Easter and at weekends during the rest of the year. Light sailing introductory and advanced courses are offered.
