Bétera is once again hosting guided tours of its archaeological sites. Running from September 2023 until May 2024, you can join a tour that will tell you everything you need to know about Horta Vella, a site dating from the Roman and Visigoth periods, and Bofilla Tower, which dates to Islamic times. If you are keen to take part, make sure you book your spot in advance. It is a walking tour that starts at Bétera train station and finishes before lunch. Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to explore the town’s historic heritage. We’d recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes and bringing a hat and a bottle of water.
