Immerse yourself in history and visit the trenches, bunkers, tunnels and machine gun hideouts of the military line in Puig de Santa Maria. In the midst of the Spanish Civil War, in the spring of 1938, the Francoist troops were advancing on València and the Republican government found itself in need of a new defence strategy. Their response was to build some fortifications in the shape of an arch around the city of València. This line was called El Puig-Los Carasoles, also known as Inmediata.
