Indulge your senses and let yourself be pampered in this charming farmhouse in the interior of Valencia, surrounded by nature and the sound of the birds and animals that live here.

We encourage you to get to know and practice Nordic walking in the spectacular surroundings of the Sierra de Benicadell. Nordic walking is a form of walking that includes not only the action of the legs as in normal walking, but also the upper part of the body. Special poles specially designed for this form of walking are used. It is a gentle all-round technique that exercises 90 percent of the body's muscles. Among the many benefits it provides, it helps to improve mobility and flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination. In this activity you will be accompanied by a nature guide who will teach you the basic technique and you will be able to take a walk through an incomparable landscape. The tour will take about 3/4 hours, adapted to your level and we include a picnic so that you can recharge your batteries.
