The church, of Gothic style, has been turned into the monument of greatest artistic value in the town due to the magnitude of the construction in which the annexe tower of the northern area is to be highlighted. The inside has a wide central nave with eight side chapels. At the beginning of the last century the whole was completed with the annexation of the Communion Chapel, of Neo-Gothic style. On the inside one can see the statue of Christ with the Cross on his back and a Renaissance terno (set of ecclesiastical garb including a chasuble) of great artistic value.
