Reception: Welcome cocktail
Starters. Cold starter: Guacamole with tortilla chips and pico de gallo. Hot starter: The challenge of the potato omelette skewer with chistorra sausage and padrón peppers.
Main dish. One main course of your choice: Sea bass, Sea bream suquet with clams and prawns, Grandma's meatballs with tomato, Mediterranean herbs and mashed potato and sweet potato, Paella Valencian chicken and rabbit, Rice with lobster.
Dessert: Chocolate souffle
Drinks: Selection of Valencian wines, beers, soft drinks, mineral waters, coffee, tea and infusions.
