Step inside an incredible palace that stands in the heart of València - a city not short of rich history and remarkable landmarks.

Palacio Arzobispal, the Archibishop’s Palace, is one of València’s most iconic landmarks. It rubs shoulders with the city cathedral and is not far from L’Almonia Archaeological Centre.

Located in the heart of the historic centre, this baroque-style building with a distinctive brick façade was designed in the historicist tradition. It features a large, elegant entrance and ornate details reminiscent of Seville’s baroque architecture.

The current Archbishop’s Palace sits on the site of its predecessor, which was destroyed by fire in the early 20th century. It remains the residence of the Archbishop of València today.

Take a stroll through the charming pedestrian streets surrounding the palace, where the city’s eclectic history is almost palpable. If you’re thinking of doing an architectural tour through València, this is a stop you won’t want to miss.
