A building of the Renaissance style with characteristics typical of the civil constructions of the era in Valencia: façade of ashlar work stone, ground floor with three semi-circular arches, upper floor with ten semi-circular arched windows, sundial on the façade and a balustrade. To be emphasised is a reproduction of the Battle of Castalla of 1812 on the first floor, the original painted by Langlois is to be found in the Museum of Versalles.
