The 22nd edition of ‘Nyora’ and King Prawn Cuisine Week is taking place from the 1st to the 7th June in Guardamar del Segura. ‘Nyora’ [sweet dried red pepper] and king prawn are two of the products this part of the province of Alicante is best known for. And what better time to try them than during this foodie week? Five restaurants - namely Club Náutico, Hotel Eden Mar, Jaime Legend and Origen - have joined the event, preparing exclusive set menus in which you can savour the tastiest langoustine as well as all sorts of recipes featuring ñora peppers. If you enjoy the delights of eating well, this foodie event will be right up your street.
