This late 16th century fortress church, situated in the heart of Teulada, was once a Morisco refuge.

Built in the Renaissance style, with some traces of Gothic design, the main door is neoclassical, and the bell tower dates back to the 19th century.

Part of the original wall still stands. The church has a late 19th century Romantic style organ, one of the oldest in the province, manufactured by “the heirs of Randeyenes”, Valencian Organs, and donated by the Oliver sisters.

A chasuble and hooded cloak from the 16th century, both made of felt and of highly artistic merit, are also to be found in the church.
