MAES, Segorbe Archaeology and Ethnology Museum: exhibitions and history
The museum traces human settlement in the Palancia river valley from the Middle Palaeolithic through to the present day, with particular attention paid to the urban excavations carried out on the emblematic Sopeña hill.
Upstairs, the museum explores the ethnological heritage of the Alto Palancia area through tools, objects and materials connected with the town’s traditional crafts and trades.
