The hotel has five guestrooms with ensuite bathrooms that are done up in a unique style. Sleeping just 15 people, the owners are committed to taking care of each and every guest, offering you everything you need to enjoy an incredible stay. 

 As its name suggests (a un pas del cel means ‘a step from the sky’ in Valencian), the hotel is close to the skies as it is located near to Penyagolosa natural park, a mountainous landscape which is a beautiful place to spend a couple of days. 

 A un Pas del Cel also offers a number of different experiences so you can really make the most of the landscape. You can, for instance, take a bike ride through El Bovalar, enjoy delicious traditional dishes prepared by the country house or go on an excursion to La Estrella.

Vistabella del Maestrat is a welcoming municipality sitting on the foothills of El Penyagolosa natural park. As you walk the streets, you will feel the village’s history and culture in the various Sites of Cultural Interest. Dating back to Medieval times, the village still has a large amount of the wall that was built to protect it, as well as a turret and two gates into the village: Portal de Sant Roc and Portal del Forn. And once you’ve worked up an appetite soaking up all the historic heritage, you can sit down for a meal that will delight even the most demanding foodies.
