For those who enjoy the culture of lunch, this enriching experience is not to be missed. The richness of our estate is the most important part of our wines, and we want you to discover it.

We will show you the wine-making process, from caring for the vines, harvesting, fermentation and ageing to bottling.


This experience is ideal for those who enjoy the culture of lunch, as it includes:

  • A typical local lunch in our Gastrovino 8 Encinas dining room
  • White wine tasting under a hundred-year-old oak tree (weather permitting)
  • A visit to the winery to learn about the process of making our wines
  • Tasting of two red wines accompanied by a small appetiser
  • Tasting of our most daring vermouths
