From the 29th of March to the 5th of April, Holy Week is in Alicante, and this Easter week is special. Soak up the Mediterranean maritime atmosphere at this Festival of National Tourist Interest. Religion and tradition come together with 30 brotherhoods and confraternities taking part, having worked all year for this special moment to offer us displays of their spectacular processions. Marching bands accompany the religious images that are adorned with flowers and candles, carried along the streets in traditional fashion.
