La Solsida beach in Altea, Alicante, lies just beyond Porto Senso marina. This stretch of coastline is framed by dramatic cliffs, with a shore made up of pebbles and rocks.
What facilities are available at La Solsida beach in Altea?
With gentle waves and water that stays under two metres deep, La Solsida beach is a peaceful place to spend time by the sea. Its clear waters are rich in marine life, while the Posidonia meadows around L’Illot make it a particularly good spot for snorkelling. The beach is reached on foot along a 300-metre path, with lovely sea views along the way. Once you are there, take in the Mediterranean setting before exploring more of the area, from Altea’s historic centre to the landscapes of Serra Gelada Natural Park and the many places waiting to be discovered across La Marina Baixa.
