Spend some time at La Marineta Cassiana in Dénia, and you’ll find yourself wanting to come back time and time again.

Dénia is home to La Marineta Cassiana, a beach with plenty to offer that stretches 1,200m along the coastline. It sits to the south of the destination, close to the town centre, and has fine clean sand and peaceful waters that you won’t be able to resist dipping into.

The long seafront promenade leads all the way to Les Rotes, a rugged cove. Nature is very much alive at La Marineta Cassiana and there is Mediterranean tapeweed on the seabed.

In mid and high season you can enjoy all sorts of services at the beach. There are lifeguards, lifeguard chairs, a chiringuito complete with loungers and parasols open from May to October, and public toilets. La Marineta Cassiana is accessible for people with disabilities and has designated parking.

There are walkways, an outdoor gym, a sports area and a beach library that is open in the summer months. Interestingly, the southernmost part of La Marineta Cassiana, which is known as Marge Roig, is a smoke-free area. It is the only part of the Dénia coastline where you are not allowed to smoke.
