Ruta de La Marina Alta

Route of Cocentaina and Alcoy
In the third stage of this delicious journey, you will enter the most mountainous area of Alicante known as the Tuscany of Alicante. The wines of Alicante have their seal of quality thanks to the Regulatory Council of the Protected Designation of Origin Alicante, created in 1957. The Designation of Origin Alicante is intended to safeguard the designation of origin recognised in 1932 and promote the culture wine industry in Alicante, through routes, training, tourism, and events.
