The ruins of Castillo de Corbó, Corbó Castle, located in Benassal in the province of Castellón, sit atop a peak affording spectacular views. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to admire the ruins of this rock castle dating back to Muslim times perched in a gorge 1060 m above sea level.

Corbó Castle is one of the great historic monuments to see in Benassal, although the trail to get here is difficult, given that the ascent is very steep. Nevertheless, once you arrive, you will see the ruins of the curtain walls and the different spaces.

The castle has an interesting legend connected to it, stating that there was an underground tunnel connected to a cave sitting at the foot of the mountain. Legend has it that there was a spring here. Come for a visit!
