Through a carefully curated, unhurried tasting, visitors are immersed in a setting where stone, silence, light and time all form part of the story. The experience begins with a moment of disconnection at the entrance, which sets the pace and puts you in a calm frame of mind, before you can enjoy the space, immersing yourself in the way of life of the past, learning about life on the farmhouses whilst enjoying the surrounding landscape and the flavours of the region. It is not just a tasting, but an intimate experience that connects with rural heritage, local culture and a way of life unhurried by time, highlighting the importance of origin, authenticity and the present moment.
