La Vall d'Uixó hides great treasures, which you can now enjoy in a very special way thanks to these guided tours on Cave Art that are usually held on the last Saturday of each month. On this occasion, you will be able to discover the paintings and engravings, as well as many other traces that prehistoric communities left in Coves de Sant Josep 17.000 years ago.

The visit includes a walking tour to the Coves de Sant Josep pier and, later, a tour inside the Poblado de Sant Josep archaeological site, dating from the 6th BC. Located on the hill that hides the cavity, this ancient Iberian settlement still preserves streets, towers and other structures of great historical relevance that inch by inch are coming to light thanks to the archaeological excavations that are being carried out.

So, if you are a history and archeology enthusiast, take note of this interesting plan!

Guided tours are usually carried out in Spanish. Therefore, if you wish to do it in English, please let us know before purchasing the tickets: vallduixo@touristinfo.net
