The Festes de Sant Xotxim in Nules, Castellón take place every year on the first Saturday of September and are one of the town's most eagerly awaited dates. The whole neighbourhood gets involved in the build-up, creating a lively atmosphere that blends tradition, food and plenty of fun.

Among the standout events are the all i oli competition, the Clotxina Party, and the tombet de bou supper, where more than a thousand portions of slow-cooked bull stew are served to share with locals and visitors alike.
