The celebration begins with the feast of the Virgen del Castillo with its procession and typical "albaes" night, followed by the feast of San Roque and Flower Festival, with tasting of ring-shaped pastries and sweet wine, and flower delivery by men and women organizers of the celebration of Torico. On 17, 18 and 19 August the Torico de la Cuerda races take place, with two races a day. At the end of each race, runners flock to the square, dance the typical "torras" and perform a human tower. Days later, the celebration continues with heifers running and ends with the special race of the Torico.
