The VI Professional Contest d’olla amb carabassa Vicente Granero-Vila de Serra will be held on October 19. A professional contest that wants to recover the typical dish of this municipality nestled in the heart of the Calderona. The contest is part of the V gastronomic days of the pumpkin: tradition and innovation.

In the contest 12 restaurants will compete to see who makes the best olla amb carabassa. The contest is named after the award-winning local chef, Vicente Granero.
