Discover l'Horta: A Mediterranean oasis at the heart of Valencia´s farm land. Just 15 minutes from the city center. Discover l'Horta is a Cultural and Gastronomic Tourism product, based on promoting the Huerta de València, its traditions and gastronomy. In this product, tourists will learn about the typical crops, through a guided tour of our Mediterranean Garden and Organic Orchard. They will learn how to cook an authentic Valencian Paella, which is cooked over an open wood fire, with our chef´s help. Once it is ready, the group will taste the paella, along with some typical Valencian appetizers and a salad from our garden. The experience will culminate with a homemade dessert, a typical sweet from Borbotó and a touch of Mistela. A true feast for the senses!

Schedule

The activity schedule can be accommodated to the group needs. We work with groups of 15 adults minimum and a reservation in advance is needed.
