TOURIST INFO VALENCIA - PAZ

Located in the city centre on Calle de la Paz, one of Valencia's main thoroughfares, this Tourist Office provides tourist information, personalised assistance in several languages, comprehensive trip planning, and access to the purchase and booking of tourism products and services, ensuring visitors can organise their stay efficiently while saving time and avoiding unnecessary queues.

ACCESSIBILITY

The office is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It features an accessible service counter, a hearing loop for visitors with hearing impairments, and assistance for people with reduced mobility and other disabilities.

VAT REFUND SERVICE

VAT refund service for non-EU tourists. Global Blue and Planet Payment tax refund forms are accepted.

The Tax Free service is available during the following hours:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
