Punta Negra beach in Dénia is a rocky stretch of the coastline where snorkellers will spend many happy hours with their face in the waters. The seabed will blow you away.

Punta Negra beach in Dénia, a beautiful seaside destination that has been listed a Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO, is a small stretch of the coastline which is easy to get to along Les Rotes walkway. As soon as you arrive, you will be taken aback by the patchwork of crystalline blue tones and the beauty of the seabed. Make sure you don't forget your goggles, snorkel and fins.

Punta Negra is a rocky beach, meaning it’s not a bad idea to wear jelly shoes or sandals to protect your feet. This is a peaceful stretch of the Mediterranean where you can enjoy a quiet day by the sea, even in the summer months.

As this is a rocky beach, there are no sports areas or other facilities. But what really makes this beach stand out are the waters, which lend themselves to snorkelling. You can also go diving, but make sure you get permission beforehand. In the summer months, there are lifeguards on watch. We recommend taking the bus from Dénia to get here, as it can be difficult to find parking. So what are you waiting for? Come and spend a blissful day by the Mediterranean at Punta Negra.
