Join three neighbouring towns as they mark one of the area’s oldest religious traditions with a celebration held out in the countryside.

Les Festes de Sant Vicent del Captivador, or the San Vicente del Captivador Festival, is held at a historic chapel in La Nucia.

San Vicente del Captivador Festival in La Nucia

Held on the weekend after Easter, the festival offers four days of free activities for all ages. Locals and visitors can enjoy a varied programme which includes regional dancing, concerts, traditional albaes, pilgrimages and games of pilota valenciana, as well as running races, cultural talks and educational workshops at the Captivador Environmental Education Centre.
