Come and explore the ruins of an old castle sitting in beautiful scenery.

Castillo de Tàrbena, Tàrbena Castle in the province of Alicante, also known as Castell dels Moros and Casetes dels Moros, is an old fortress: a Mudejar alcazaba dating all the way back to the 10th century. Nowadays you can visit the castle ruins and try to imagine what the different spaces would have looked like after an easy walk to the site from the centre.

Over the course of its history, the castle has borne witness to various battles and has belonged to illustrious families such as that of Jaime I.
