The cultural programme for May-August 2026 features a wide and varied range of concerts, flamenco with the popular Sevillanas Fair, impressive theatre pieces, children's performances, comedy, opera, zarzuela and much more. Great productions such as the Salinas de Oro semi-final copla competition and Performing Arts, theater featuring renowned artists like Imano Arias and María Barranco, and other shows showcasing local talent, make up the season's program.

May

This month begins with a Sidecars concert presenting their new album Everest, the Pangea show that brings us closer to other cultures with original music by Abraham Cupeiro. From the 7th to the 10th the popular Sevillanas Fair is hel in the park Anotonio Soria, a concert with an unforgettable musical show by the band Sociedad Musical Los Salerosos that will invite people to dance in mid-May, the Symphony Orchestra immerses itself in the sound universe of Brahms, a comedy starring Imanlo Arias and María Barranco in which we will all see ourselves reflected and we will end the month with two dramatized routes in the La Mata Natural Park.

June

At the beginning of the month, a tragedy starring María Adánez and Pablo Béjar reveals the complexities of desire, loyalty and justice. On the same day, a show that pays tribute to one of the most popular pop bands will make us relive ABBA's hits, and in the middle of the month a concert illuminated by hundreds of candles and humor and improvisation with Juan Dávila are the most notable events. At the copla festival, a show will pay tribute to two great artists of our country Rafael and Rocío Jurado, taking a tour of their greatest hits. Once again the LGTBI gala invites us to celebrate plurality and continue building a more egalitarian society.

July

The month begins with a children's play, a flute concert with the Casanovas Orchestra and adults will be delighted by Paloma San Basilio with a spectacular play. Like every year, a unique evening by the sea can be enjoyed with the 31st edition of Habaneras on the Beach. From July 6 to 11, the International Band Festival will begin, reaffirming the city's musical tradition. The prestigious International Habaneras Competition in which choirs from all over the world will perform the most emblematic habaneras, will feature the participation of soprano Ainoa Artetauna. The month ends with two large outdoor festivals in Antonio Soria Park: the Big Sound Festival brings together prominent reggaeton, trap, Latin pop and urban music artists and is aimed at young audiences. The Low Festival is one of the great summer musical events in Spain, attracting thousands of attendees who for several days will enjoy various stages and leisure areas.

August

It will begin with the Music Cycle in the Park, promoting classical music in a natural environment and on the same day Songs from a lifetime will be performed by the Orihuela City Philharmonic Orchestra. As in previous years, the Torrevieja Shine Festival will fill the summer nights with music and entertainment, with a varied program that includes national and international artists, humor and proposals for all audiences. From a different perspective, classical music, soundtracks and contemporary hits can be enjoyed by the light of hundreds of candles. The Carnival festival is an occasion for lovers of the Cádiz carnival.
