The Monday after Easter Monday, La Vall d'Uixó celebrates Fiestas de San Vicente Ferrer, a Festival of National Tourist Interest.

When Fiestas de San Vicente Ferrer comes around, La Vall d'Uixó comes alive with a succession of exciting events. Bullfighting, horse racing, firework displays, costumed dances and outdoor concerts: the town certainly knows how to have fun during its Festival of National Tourist Interest.

Beyond these activities, there is also agricultural fair that is renowned in the province of Castellón, a horse pulling competition and San Vicente Ferrer procession. Needless to say, gastronomy also plays an important role in the festivities with coca (sponge cake), mistela (sweet fortified wine) and guiso del empedrao (a local stew) taking the spotlight.
