What to see in Alfafar
The Sindicato Arrocero is one of the key stops on a walk through Alfafar. Now home to the municipal library, it was built in 1928 and stands out for its eclectic neo-baroque façade. Another highlight is the Parish Church of Nuestra Señora del Don, which dates back to the 18th century and houses the statue of the town’s patron saint.
As you walk through the old town, you’ll notice small decorative ceramic religious panels on building fronts, and they’re something worth stopping to photograph!
