Plaza de Toros de València, València Bullring, is a building steeped in history, located on one of the busiest streets in the city. Make sure you include a visit to this historic place when sightseeing in the city.

València Bullring comprises a Neoclassical amphitheatre with arches and columns at varying heights, and simple but attractive decoration. You’ll be surprised to know that the bullring is not round but, in fact, a 48-sided polygon. Visit the bullring in person and count the sides yourself!

As well as bullfights, València Bullring hosts lots of exciting concerts, so check out what’s currently on. Once you’ve visited the bullring, you could head to the lively neighbourhood of Ruzafa or the grand Town Hall Square, from where you can easily reach the Central Market and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Lonja de la Seda. The historic silk market is a real Valencian Gothic treasure. Right next to North Station, València Bullring is a great meeting point in the centre of the hustle bustle and not easy to miss.
