Discover a peaceful beach in Pilar de la Horadada that will leave you wanting to come back time and time again.

Make your way to Pilar de la Horadada, in the province of Alicante, and you will find a number of beaches where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the great weather. One of these is El Conde, a beach that is 150 m long and 18 m wide where you can dip into the peaceful waters and work on your tan as you lounge on the golden sand.

This is an urban beach that has been awarded the Blue Flag, which vouches for its excellent coastal management and environmental protection measures. The emblem of the beach is a defence tower which has stood on this stretch of the coastline since the 16th century. Don’t miss the opportunity to take a photo with the tower in the background.

El Conde has a full set of services to make your day at the beach safe and convenient. There are lifeguards, a chiringuito or beach bar where you can get something refreshing to drink, steps leading down to the beach as well as toilets, bins and fountains where you can wash the sand off your feet. The beach is accessible for people with disabilities and has services including disabled toilets, ramps and floating wheelchairs so everyone can enjoy the waters.
