La Fira d’Onda, Onda Fair, in Castellón, is the city’s most emblematic celebration and one of the oldest in the Region of Valencia, with origins dating back to 1267, when King Jaume I granted the privilege to hold an annual fair.

What began as an agricultural and livestock market has transformed into a major popular festival that combines tradition, culture, and modernity.

Over more than 750 years, the Onda Fair has incorporated religious, cultural, bullfighting, and recreational events. Each year it draws thousands of visitors and features the active participation of local clubs and associations.

The fair takes place in Onda’s historic centre, which is a delight to explore. Among its most unique moments are the bull runs, the Bou de Fira, tributes to the elderly, parades, floats, mascletades, concerts, and performances that fill the streets with life. It's an event that unites generations and celebrates Onda’s identity and heritage. Don’t miss it!
