FINCA EL CORONEL

Finca el Coronel is a rural property designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, while placing a strong emphasis on accessibility. Part of the income generated also goes towards supporting social projects run by the Gozalbo-Marqués Foundation.

The house is arranged over two fully adapted floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the reception area, a lounge, a sitting room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an inner courtyard, two bathrooms (one adapted) and an adapted bedroom for guests with reduced mobility.

The first floor offers double rooms with views over the surrounding orange groves, as well as a lifting platform to ensure easy access throughout the building.

One of the standout features of the Finca el Coronel in Benicull de Xúquer is the seasonal indoor swimming pool (open from May to September, not heated), which comes with an adapted hoist. The property also includes a fitness room, changing facilities, magnolia gardens, outdoor seating areas and private parking.

During your stay, you can explore the local heritage and the landscapes of the Valencian huerta. Nearby highlights include the Hermitage of Sant Bernabé, the Hermitage of Sant Roc, and the former municipal washhouse (llavaner). The Muntanyeta dels Pins area is perfect for spending time outdoors, while the surroundings of Benicull de Xúquer are well suited to walking and cycling routes through citrus fields.
