The 2026 International Creative Rice Contest of the City of Oliva will bring together everything that defines us: cuisine, tradition, creativity and our unique way of understanding gastronomy as a shared celebration.

Because rice is not just a dish. It is memory. It is territory. It is produce, hands, time, slow cooking and emotion.
