As part of the 18th Ciutat d’Oliva Gastronomic Fair, this festival will bring together tastings, live music, competitions, gastronomic talks, children’s workshops and activities for all ages.

PROGRAMME

FRIDAY, 16 OCTOBER

6:30 pm — Opening of Oliva Saborfest and the Food Fair and Restaurant Area.

7:00 pm — Tasting of healthy, alcohol-free cocktails with music by J. Melchor.

8:30 pm — Figatellà prepared by Gastroliva.

9:30 pm — Live music with La Sede 2.0.

SATURDAY, 17 OCTOBER

9:30 am — Opening of the Food Fair and Restaurant Area.

10:30 am–1:30 pm — Children’s workshops.

12:00 pm — 1st Waiters’ Race.

4:00–6:00 pm — Afternoon session with DJ Juanvi Sais.

5:00–7:00 pm — Children’s workshops.

6:30 pm — Gastronomy talk.

7:30 pm — Live music with Ramonets.

9:30 pm — Live music with Suite Rumba.

SUNDAY, 18 OCTOBER

9:00 am — 1st Oliva Best Sandwich Competition.

You choose the winner! With a €10 ticket, you can taste a mini sample of all the participating sandwiches and vote for your favourite.

9:30 am — Opening of the Food Fair.

1:30 pm — Prize-giving ceremony.

2:00 pm — End of Oliva Saborfest.
