Holy Week in Guardamar, a Festival of Tourist Interest in the Valencian Community, is renowned for the religious fervor reflected in its brotherhoods, as well as for the reverence and spectacular nature of its processions. During Holy Week 2026, up to nine reenactments based on passages from the Passion of Christ will take place. Examples include the Last Supper and the Arrest of Jesus on Holy Monday; Pilate's Washing of the Feet on Holy Tuesday; Veronica's Veil on Holy Wednesday; and the Descent from the Cross on Good Friday. In addition, don't miss the Palm Sunday Procession, the Procession of Silence on Holy Thursday, and the majestic General Procession of the Holy Burial on Good Friday, not forgetting the meeting of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Easter Sunday morning.
