Casa de la Vila in Vinaròs is a 15th-century Gothic building and one of the most historic sites in this part of the province of Castellón. Restored in 2017, the refurbishment uncovered some valuable frescoes, which include one of the oldest depictions of the destination’s coat of arms.

Historically, this site in Vinaròs had a direct entrance onto the street and just one room which served as an archive, audience hall and, on occasions, a jail for distinguished individuals.

The façade of Casa de la Vila in Vinaròs retains a niche dedicated to Santo Domingo de Guzmán, dated 1722, as well as a traditional window and the Alós coat of arms.
