The Iglesia Parroquial de San Lorenzo Mártir (San Lorenzo Mártir Parish Church) in Busot, Alicante, stands out for its solid, understated design right in the town centre, beside José Pico Square and the Town Hall.

Inside, the church has a rectangular layout with side chapels set between buttresses, plus two striking domes—one over the crossing and another above the Chapel of Communion. Over the years, it has undergone several changes, including restoration of the vault after the 1816 fire and the later addition of the right-hand aisle with Neoclassical touches. The main façade of this church in Busot, built in ashlar stone, is noted for its temple-like composition and a square bell tower topped with a hipped roof. Altogether, it's a standout example of Alicante's religious and architectural heritage—well worth a visit.
