A building representative of the flour mills of the Marina area, which was built on the foundations of a watchtower, constructed at the time of Philip II to protect the coast from pirate attacks. It consists of a circular tower of two floors, reaching 7 metres in height. A stone spiral staircase communicates both floors, whilst there is an intermediate level and a vault that sustained the machinery room.
