Museo Arqueológico de Llíria: Collections and Galleries

The displays are arranged thematically, taking you from the Iberian culture of Edeta at Tossal de Sant Miquel through the Roman period and on into the medieval and Islamic eras. Highlights include painted Iberian ceramics, inscriptions, sculptures and everyday objects that help piece together the story of a settlement with thousands of years of history.

A visit to Llíria Archaeological Museum is a good way to get a clearer picture of the archaeological roots of the province of Valencia, and it fits naturally into a day spent exploring Llíria’s historic monuments.
