Corpus Animae. Anatomy of Fashion is the result of ten years of experience dedicated to collecting, research and design around Spanish textile heritage. The curator of the exhibition, Guillem B. Alventosa Talamantes, owner of the Alventosa Talamantes Archive of Spanish Fashion, proposes a new perspective on fashion through a thesis that connects textile heritage, documentation, language and body.

A fashion show and performance prior to the opening of the exhibition that proposes breaking with traditional conceptions of fashion understood solely as a chronological succession of trends and styles, to explore it as a living, universal and timeless language. Through the pieces from the archive and a discourse based on the anatomy of the body, Corpus Animae establishes a connecting thread between past and present and invites the visitor to discover how the way we dress and the way creators conceive their works constitute an authentic form of communication, identity and cultural expression.

A proposal with archive pieces by great national designers such as Balenciaga, Sybilla, Berhanyer, Ana Locking, Palomo Spain, Montesinos, Dominnico, Ancor Montaner... but also local design in the hands of Carmen Celedonio, Inés Conti, Paula Samper, Pepa Talamantes... where fashion is reclaimed as heritage, memory and language, capable of transcending the boundaries of time and space.
