Rabou’26 returns to Algemesí with flavor and tradition

The "Rabou" Gastronomic Competition returns for its third edition on Monday, 21 September, further establishing itself as one of the highlights of Algemesí's Setmana de Bous (Bull Week).

Professional chefs will prepare their finest oxtail recipes live, competing for the jury's recognition and the competition prizes.

Visitors will be able to watch the dishes being prepared and enjoy tastings of this traditional recipe in a festive atmosphere open to everyone.

The competition will award a total of €1,900 in prize money: €1,000 for first place, €600 for second and €300 for third.

The Algemesí Town Council would like to thank Restaurant Valhalla for its collaboration in the organisation of the competition.
