Straight to the orange blossom

This 7km Vía Verde (‘Greenway’ in English) follows part of the railway line that used to connect Dénia and Carcaixent. It’s an excellent trail for exploring the southern Valencian huerta, or agricultural land, which is defined by labyrinthian irrigation channels and the scent of orange blossom.

The trail stretches from Gandia to Oliva, offering you the opportunity to connect to the Dénia Greenway, which passes through El Marjal de Pego-Oliva natural park. It is suitable for walkers, bikes, scooters and wheelchairs.
