Valencia - Jardín del Turia
The Jardín del Turia in the city of Valencia is the largest park in the city. It is located on the bed of the old Turia riverbed and crossed by bridges from different periods; it can be used to get to know this Mediterranean town on a pleasant trail on foot or by bicycle.
In the Jardín del Turia, you will find a series of beautiful gardens including courts, exercise areas, children's playgrounds, terrazas where you can have a drink, bathrooms, a path for runners and a cycling lane that runs from beginning to end. Gulliver Park in the Jardín del Turia is a great place to enjoy the outdoors with the little ones and if you fancy a cultural tour, a stroll through this garden will take you to the IVAM museum, the Palau de la Música or the fantastic Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. This is an essential part of the city, an area worth spending a relaxing day strolling around and discovering species of trees and squirrels, if you're lucky.
